Welcome to the New Hanover County Cooking Club

Last year was an awesome experiance for me and I know all the youth learned a whole lot. This year, we will step up our game and learn details about knife cuts, sanatation, cooking techniques, regional cuisine and fancy words like garde mangier. I hope you guys are looking foward to it as much as I am and I will put a shopping list up for Sept. 15 this afternoon!
