October 6: Techniques

Hello all,
I know we had alot of fun last week, and now it is time to get back to the basics. To refresh our memories, our homework was to define steaming, saute, and baking with the extra credit of defining mise en place. I will post recipes soon, and hope to hear from you all soon. Our October 20 class will be called Fall Festival Treats, and we will TRY to make our favorite fall foods healthy. Talk to you all soon!
