1 Small Carton egg substitute
1 Package fresh mushrooms
Fresh Parsley
1 Package whole wheat lasagna noodles
2 Medium zucchini's
6 oz. Finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 oz. Fresh parmesan cheese
