1lb. chuck steak or chuck eye
1/2 onion chopped
1 large can tomatoe puree
1 small can tomatoe paste
2 cans seasoned black beans
1 t cumin
1t salt
3 T. chili powder
cut beef into small pieces, brown add onion cook till onion is soft.
add remaining ingredients cook on low till meat shreds. serve with sour cream ,cheese and corn bread.
if possible refridgerate for at least 24 hours to meld all ingredients
